Randy Lowe Golf Tournament
April 14, 2012

Named in honor of one of our most beloved past Commodores, the Randy Lowe Golf Tournament is a great way to spend a Saturday in April. One of the inaugural events of each season, participants can enjoy spirited competition among fellow club members and any guest who may wish to attend. The tournament is typically followed by good food, tournament prizes and tall golfing tales back at the club.

Charity Golf Tournament • August 18, 2012

For 70 years, The Children's Clinic has been dedicated to providing comprehensive health care in a culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate manner to medically underserved, low-income and high-risk populations in Long Beach and the South Bay. TCC provides care for the most underserved in the community. To be eligible for services, a child or adult must be uninsured, underinsured or assigned to The Children's Clinic via Medi-Cal. Families are asked to contribute to their care according to a sliding fee scale, yet no one is refused care because of an inability to pay.

Every year, CBYC supports The Children's Clinic by organizing a golf tournament and soliciting local businesses as sponsors. Your participation helps provide critical medical care to children of families who could otherwise not afford treatment. The golf tournament is followed by a festive gathering at the club, including, of course, the "Burger Bash!"

Even if golf isn't your thing, please join us for this very special and worthwhile event.

Naples Boat Parade • December 8, 2012

CBYC has become legendary for its ability to win top honors at this wonderful community holiday event year after year. The decorating crew work many hours to create a floating masterpiece for the thousands of parade watchers on both land and sea. Please join Jeanne Connell in making 2011 another sweeping victory for CBYC in the annual Naples Boat Parade. We need decorators, "imaginneers", snack providers, parade float characters (people who ride the float), and, of course, a skipper.

Some members raft up their boats to view the parade in the turning basin, or just cruise the harbor for the festivities. Everyone returns to the club after the parade to enjoy a holiday potluck. Happy Holidays!
